The hotel's proximity to the train station proved very convenient for my travel plans. I found the included breakfast had a great selection (especially the hot items). I appreciated the helpful and friendly demeanor displayed by the staff. The gym facilities met my needs with a good variety of equipment.
The dinner options were somewhat limited. I would have liked to see a broader menu.

The room has tea and coffee making facilities. it is right beside the dart. it goes to and from the airport and the luton airport parkway station with trains to london. i could also walk to the airport. It's a 15 minute walk.
i asked if they knew the website to buy train tickets, but the answer wasn't the best. it could have been a better answer than that.

The restaurant staff was very helpful and adaptable. I had a dish adjusted to my liking after the original choice was sold out. The staff prepared a takeout breakfast bag because my flight was early. The breakfast included a croissant, yogurt, orange, energy bar, and juice.
The receptionist was not very pleasant when i checked in. I would have preferred a friendlier welcome after my travel day.

The hotel's proximity to the train station was a huge plus. the 4-minute shuttle train ride to the airport, costing £9.80 for a return ticket, made transfers seamless. i also appreciated the quiet room, especially given how close it is to the train station. I slept well in the comfy bed.
the receptionist wasn't particularly pleasant during check-in unfortunately.

The shuttle to the airport costs only £4.95 and runs every minute! The beds were really comfy, so I slept soundly. Breakfast starts early. Therefore, you can grab something even if you have a very early flight.
I noticed a slight delay at check-in.
